Reviews and Ratings
My stay had some ups and downs. While the room was clean and nicely presented, it was unfortunately too warm, and I had some noise from the gym below. The breakfast experience was spoiled by discovering something questionable in my drink. Service was polite, but some staff seemed inattentive. Overall, a decent spot, but I think I’ll look elsewhere next time.
I had a lovely birthday getaway at this hotel, enjoying an incredible river view room that added to the special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, offering room service for delectable meals and midnight snacks. The leisure facilities, especially the pool, were a highlight, perfect for relaxation. However, I did find the room a bit on the pricey side for what was offered, but overall, this hotel is definitely worth considering for a special stay.
The hotel offered a lovely riverside experience and the rooms were neat and functional. However, the heating in my room was bothersome, and the breakfast could use improvement. The staff were very polite, and although the bar prices were steep, the amenities nearby were quite enjoyable.
The hotel offers some fantastic features, such as a lovely spa area and beautiful views of the River Ness. While my room was spacious and had an amazing view, it was quite hot and noisy at night. The breakfast options were decent, but the service in the restaurant could use improvement. Overall, it has great potential, but some issues need addressing to enhance the experience.
I recently had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, adding a personal touch that made us feel really welcomed. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the pool, but I did find the dining options to be a bit hit or miss. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and well worth the price!
